How early is too early to test positive with an ept?

Is there a certain time that is too early to test positive on a pregnancy test? I’m 4 days late, is that too early or is the test correct when it says negative?

The best time to test is early morning, when you first wake up. And no, it is not to early to test with it now. If you test late in the afternoon, you might get a screwy reading, but if you tested in the morning, and it was negative, then it is correct.
