Confoederatio Helvetica is the Swiss confederation which is called Switzerland. if the coin has a 20 on it then it is a 20 Rappen coin. 100 Rappen = 1 Swiss franc. The coin is made of nickel and had a mintage of 1,5000,000. It is not a rare or scarce coin and can be found in a coin dealers world coin box for around .25 cents here in the U.S. the B is a mint mark and stands for the bern mint. The coin is he start of a world coin collection of one coin each country or maybe one of Switzedland, either way it would be a chalage to put together.
