Selling price on a 1904 $20 Gold Liberty Double Eagle MS61 NGC?

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to sell a few coins for my dad to help with the bills, and I’ve checked a few websites, but I figured I would hand the question over to the Yahoo community.

What kind of price can I sell this coin for?

Where is a good place to sell it?

What is the best online source for hundred year old rare books?

I have a copy of a book 93 years old that is in such sad shape that I’d like to replace it with a better copy.
It’s unlikely to come up on Ebay since it’s a rare title.
Where do you buy books that old? This one is 1917 from an English publisher.

I am a NYC rare book dealer. If you go to http://www.addall.com under the “used book” engine
you will be able to search by keyword. That is a very useful meta-engine of many used and rare book sites and comprised tens of millions of book at the touch of a button. It is also very good for determining the value of your old and rare books.

How to start a gold/silver/rare coin investment firm?

I really want to start a gold investment firm and i’ve been reading up a bit on investment firms and their regulations and stuff, but I don’t know how much of it affects me or if there are different thigns I need to know if i’m going to be buying and storing gold verses investing in the stock market. Any advice would be great!

It is a different matter entirely, especially if you want to include coins. Both collectible and investment grade coins are complicated subject in themselves. I would suggest first finding a job at a place like that, just to learn the ropes, and only then think about own place.

please help me find what they are worth or where i can find what they are worth.

I need some help with rare coins?

I was cleening out my garage and among some of the boxes I found an old bank bag that belonged to my grandpa before he passed. Well when I opened the bag it was full of coins. As I began to look at the coins with detail, some seem rare but I have no idea about coins. I am looking for some one with knowledge in rare coins can anyone point me in the right dirrection? Thank you!
