How fancy restaurants put ice cream into oval shapes with spoons?
I know it's done with a spoon but does anyone have a tutorial YouTube video or a demo? And what is the technical term for material of ice with spoons?
They Quinnell are called (right spelling?) and two serving spoons and a jug of hot water. Dip the spoon in water and ice cream on a spoon to keep the press at the back the first time ice cream.repeat until oval. A little practice and they look professional.Can really do with salmon mousse, pate, etc.
